Only 1 tcp and udp port is forwarded to your computer and port number is dynamic which means it will change every time you connect to any EarthVPN location.Please contact how to learn your forwarded port number if you have purchased port forwarding add-on.

Static Port Forwarding with Dedicated IP :

Every tcp and udp ports are forwarded to your computer with your own dedicated static IP address.Please contact with how many IPs you require and in which country.
